Description
Auto-Triples During an auto-double, Fulgore can input an attack of the same strength to extend it to three hits instead.
Power Reactor Generator Fulgore’s Shadow Meter is split into ten Reactor Pips rather than two bars, which generate over time based on his reactor spin speed. Physical blows increase spin speed, especially auto-triples. Ranged attacks such as Energy Bolt, Plasmaport, and Eye Laser reduce spin speed. Staying idle or getting knocked down drastically reduces speed.
Reactor Enhance With 4 Reactor Pips, Fulgore's forward walk speed improves. With 8 Pips, his backward walk speed improves. With all 10 Pips, his dash speed improves.
Reactor Cancel By using 1 Reactor Pip, Fulgore can cancel any special attack into another special attack.

Eye Laser [↓ ↙ ← + P] Fulgore fires laser beams from his eyes. Light version fires a single beam into the floor, Medium fires two beams into the floor, and Heavy fires horizontally full-screen and staggers on hit.
Energy Bolt [↓ ↘ → + P] Fulgore casts an energy bolt from his claws. Button strength determines speed. Pressing Punch up to twice afterwards fires additional bolts, at the cost of one Reactor Pip each.
Plasma Slice [→ ↓ ↘ + P] Fulgore delivers a flying uppercut. Button strength determines number of hits.
Plasmaport [↓ ↙ ← + K] Fulgore cloaks himself and teleports. Light travels to the left side of the stage, Medium travels to the middle, and Heavy travels to the right. Invulnerable while cloaked.

The resulting beam is twice the size, completely engulfing the opponent and reducing them to ashes. Fulgore then stands in the burning aftermath.
