Killer Instinct on Xbox One runs at 60 fps as such you as a player might want to learn frame data and specific move properties. This is a very basic rundown of what frame data is for example Sadira's blade demon. It's listed as 7 frame startup and 7 active frames and -3 on block. In essence this means the move takes 7 frames to start the attack,7 frames where the hitbox of the attack is on screen and if blocked there are 3 frames where you cannot do anything.
Basic Use of Frame Data[]
You can use the frame data of moves to easily figure out which moves can punish what, how safe/unsafe certain moves are, and check how much invincibility a move has.
For more in depth look at the Frame Data and Move properties of Killer Instinct take some time to run through Dojo Mode and spend about an hour in Training Mode.
